Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select (Adults Only), Hurghada

This resort boasts immaculate gardens and friendly staff, making it a pleasant place to unwind. The grounds and pools are lovely, and the team works hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay. However, there were some hygiene concerns in the buffet and issues with housekeeping that affected the experience.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff who really made the experience memorable. The location was beautiful, right by the beach, and the rooms were kept spotless and comfortable. However, I found the dining options could use a little more variety, especially at dinner. The pool facilities were nice and well-maintained, but there were a few issues with reserving sunbeds that could be improved.

I just returned from an incredible two-week holiday at this hotel, where there was no need to fight for sunbeds, as they were plentiful and well-managed. The adult-only areas, including heated pools and a lovely beach, offered a peaceful retreat, and the staff provided amazing service throughout our stay. However, more information about daily activities would have improved the experience.
